We only collect what we need to review your enquiry, plan an event with you, and keep you informed about it. We do not ask for payment information through the website enquiry form, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where an event is booked, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records and any legal or accounting requirement. If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we keep it only as long as needed to follow up, then delete or anonymize it in the ordinary course of housekeeping. A specific retention schedule will be published here once finalized with our data-handling setup.
